Delivery and Refund Terms
Delivery
ExamsLab packages are digital content (online mock exams and a question bank); no physical product is shipped and no shipping fee is charged. As soon as iyzico confirms the payment, the package is opened on the purchaser's examslab.net account and the student is taken to the package automatically. Access lasts for the period stated on the package page and in the payment summary (for example 6 months, 12 months or until exam day) and is shown on the account page. If access has not opened within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, please tell us at info@examslab.net or on 0312 242 06 26; access will be provided within one business day at the latest.
Cancellation and refunds
ExamsLab packages are digital content and open immediately once payment is confirmed. For this reason there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. IBG Akademi Eğitim ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi nevertheless offers refunds voluntarily in the cases below.
Unused package
Within 14 days of the payment date, if no mock exam in the package has been started and no question in the question bank has been answered, the full price is refunded on request.
Used package
No refund is given once a mock exam in the package has been started or a question has been answered.
Technical problems
For access problems caused by the Seller that are not resolved within 7 days of your report, the full price or the part corresponding to the remaining access period is refunded, or the access period is extended; the choice is yours.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If the same package was paid for twice by mistake or an incorrect amount was charged, the excess is refunded in full.
How to apply
Send your order number (shown on the payment result page) and the payer's name to info@examslab.net or to the registered e-mail address ibgakademi@hs01.kep.tr; you can also reach us on 0312 242 06 26. Requests are concluded within 7 business days at the latest.
How refunds are made
Refunds are made through iyzico to the card used for payment. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your card depends on your bank (usually a few business days). Access to a refunded package is closed.
