Preliminary Information Form

This form is provided to inform the Buyer before the contract is concluded, as required by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Main characteristics of the service

Online access to the [Package name] package for [Access period]: timed mock exams, a question bank, explanations of answers and progress tracking. The content is used only over the internet.

3. Total price

[Total price] (all taxes included). There are no additional delivery or shipping charges. Instalment options are shown on the payment page according to your card; for instalment payments the amount charged by your bank is stated clearly on the payment page.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment is made by credit or debit card on the secure payment page of the licensed payment institution iyzico. Card details are not passed to the Seller. When the payment is confirmed, the package is opened on the student's account immediately; there is no separate delivery.

5. Technical requirements

An internet connection and an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) are sufficient. No additional software is needed. The IELTS Speaking section needs a microphone.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form. If you agree at payment that the content is made available immediately, your right of withdrawal ends. The Seller's voluntary refund terms are on the Delivery and Refund Terms page.

7. Complaints

You may send complaints to info@examslab.net, to ibgakademi@hs01.kep.tr (registered e-mail) or by telephone on 0312 242 06 26. Within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and above those limits to the Consumer Court.
